Kenyon Noble Lumber Company is seeking to add a full-time Receiving Manager! This position will be located at our Livingston Store at 100 Washington St.
This position is heavily detail-oriented and accuracy-focused for an individual who is able to adapt to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. This individual will also need to question information appropriately in order to determine situational applicability.
Offloading Trucks: Be able to unload trucks either manually, by a pallet jack or forklift. Inspecting vendor paperwork and ensuring that products in each delivery matches the packing list, while notating any damaged materials or product discrepancies coming off of the truck.
Receiving Product: Must be computer literate for data entry on incoming deliveries and store to store transfers. Must be able to accurately count and compare vendor paperwork to company purchase orders as well as identify, communicate and record hidden damage. Must have impeccable organizational skills for special order material being held for pickup and or delivery.
Collaboration with Inside Sales Teams: Be able to communicate effectively with sales teams regarding incoming and outgoing product inside receiving by unloading pallets in the inside receiving room and ferrying product to and from the sales floor as needed. Must be flexible as product priorities shift based on the needs of the store.
Organization: Must maintain a clean, organized and safe receiving room. Incoming / outgoing staging and special-order areas must be organized so that orders are easily identifiable for pickup or delivery. Prepare for incoming orders by condensing and reorganizing special order areas as product is picked up or delivered.

Position is Monday through Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm with a one hourlunch.
